You may not realize it, but there is a flurry of activity happening within our state government that can affect Californians’ access to justice. Behind the scenes, bills are being accepted and rejected, and new laws are being prepared to be put into place. Recently, the Consumer Attorneys of California released a list of “Justice Killers” – bills that threaten California consumers’ access to justice. It is our hope to see these “bad bills” defeated.
