We handle all aspects of the asbestos cases in-house, including filing third-party cases with the courts, pursuing workers’ compensation cases, and filing Federal Employees’ compensation Act (FECA) and Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEIOCPA) claims when appropriate. We also evaluate and pursue all applicable asbestos Bankruptcy Trust claims with our on-site Bankruptcy department. Referring attorneys regularly compliment us regarding our knowledge, and ability to quickly evaluate and handle all aspects of an individual’s claim in-house. Our firm has extensive experience working with asbestos Bankruptcy Trusts and obtaining compensation for asbestos victims around the world, and continually evaluates for new Bankruptcy Trusts and existing Trust increases as they come online and will pay out referral fees accordingly. We also recognize that thorough investigation is the backbone to the success of any personal injury or wrongful death case. We employ in-house investigators who will tenaciously turn over all stones to put the case together.

Once the agreement is solidified we will memorialize the agreement pursuant to California Rule of Professional Conduct 2-200.
