The Recorder Names James Nevin a “Fast Track” Lawyer

April 11, 2012 – James P. Nevin is one of 50 California lawyers on the “Fast Track” according to legal newspaper The Recorder. Recorder editors recognize attorneys whose early accomplishments indicate they will be tomorrow’s top lawyers and leaders. The lawyers were selected from over 300 nominees in their first 10 years of practice. They are all accomplished in three areas-leadership within a firm or practice community, significant responsibility in high-stakes matters, and community involvement-or very accomplished in one particular area. Mr. Nevin caught the editors’ eyes due to his twelve cases he brought to verdict, including the verdict for $10.2 million damages award in Henry Barabin, et al. v. Scapa Dryer Fabrics, Inc. & AstenJohnson, Inc.
