Assembly member Jared Huffman will present his January Sustainable North Bay Award to Brayton Purcell LLP in recognition of its environmentally responsible business practices.
For more than a decade, Brayton Purcell has been striving to minimize its impact on the environment. The firm has demonstrated this commitment to conservation and sustainability by progressively introducing business practices in their facility to reduce its carbon footprint. Some of these green improvements include rooftop solar arrays, extensive paper and E-waste recycling methods, energy-efficient lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and reduced landscaping irrigation.
Brayton Purcell also gives back to the community through its extensive philanthropy. It is a strong supporter of local charities like the Bay Institute, Legal Aid of Marin, Marin Humane Society, Novato Human Needs Center, and the North Bay Children’s Center.
