Product Recall: Big Lots Recalls Wilson and Fisher Ottomans
June 25, 2014Product Recall: Winco Recalls Fireworks before July 4th Holiday
June 30, 2014If you depend on your bicycle to get you from point A to point B (and then back again), you probably assume it has been built in such a way to keep you safe on the road. Unfortunately, this is not always the case.
Scott USA recently recalled 2,000 SCOTT Speedster 30 and 40 and Contessa Speedster 25 and 35 bicycles. The units have a defect causing the steerer tube in the front forks to break. One incident and no injuries have been reported.
If you purchased a 2014 SCOTT Speedster bike, you should immediately stop riding the bicycle and take it to an authorized SCOTT dealer for free installation of a new fork.
