Estate Planning 101

An introduction to Estate Planning and the different tools available for creating an Estate Plan. Terms like probate, estate tax, inter vivos, and conservatorship will be “demystified” by our highly skilled trust attorneys. They will also discuss different supporting documents, like the Advance Health Care Directive and Pour-Over Will, necessary to complete a Living Trust. In addition, our trust attorneys will discuss important questions that can often be overlooked:

  • What if I have children that are minors or have a disability?
  • Who will take care of me someday if and when I no longer can?
